Manager outdoor company (parttime/fulltime).
From February 2011
Your responsibility is running the daily business in order to reach the targets which are agreed upon in the business plan. You are a very independent, client service minded and positive thinking person, who is able to find creative solutions for any challenge you face. Furthermore, it’s a lot of fun working with you!
Responsable for:
• The operation (sales, planning and execution of events)
• Leading the team of partime /free lance instructors, planning
• Maintenance of the bikes and other materials, coordinate stock admin
• Being creative in teambuilding concepts
• Leading and coordinating the WannaBike Kids club and be one of the instructors
• Developing programs for Kidsclub, holidays, clinics, events etc.
• Guiding mouintain bike tours
• Sales, part of your salary is sales variable
• (Internet)marketing, especialliy in social networks, updating content, linking etc.
Profile:
Education and working experience:
• A.L.O. of C.I.O.S. or other Sport Acadamy related to outdoor or Sportmarketing education, outdoor and mountainbike experience through hobby’s
• Experienced instructor/teacher (different target groups)
• Experience in leading teams
• Experienced in event organisartion
• Experienced mountainbiker
• First Medical Aid/ drivers license
• Languages: Papiamentu or Dutch, English, en preference for Spanish
You:

• are able to work individually and in teams
• are a great event planner
• don’t mind irregular working hours
