• Experience with guiding groups, and able to face that responsibility
• Basic technical knowledge of a mountain bike and First Aid
• Well informed about the main history of the island and interested in nature
• Service minded, flexible and fun person to spend time with
• Sustainable development is in your nature
• Good entertainer!
Profile outdoor instructor:
All the above, +
• Experience with teambuilding events for big groups
• Experience with snorkeling, kayaking, rappelling, and various beach&teambuilding activities
• Creative and be able to improvise
• Great entertainer
